Hello,

Just discovered your blog and wanted to introduce myself and let you know you'd be welcomed to "import" any material from my website you might find useful or inspiring so as credit me and inlcude a link to my site.

A Black Belt (magazine) Hall of Fame recipient and Woman of the Year, my beloved (and federally registered) trade name is: Dr. Ruthless. A highly respected 20 year women's self defense expert with acclaimed Fierce & Female DVD's, numeorous published aricles and nat'l TV appearances to my credit; (please see bio / published articles eon my site), I am best known for my PRACTICAL no-nonsense methods, and down n dirty Gospel. An Evangelist of sorts, I unabashedly hail the power and "saving graces" of our lower selves, our primal roots, urging women to reclaim and embody thier innate capacity for aggressive self protection -- which I firmly believe is hard-wired, as old as the womb itself, slumbering deep in us all. I aim to get this power and know-how back online.

I am also a former psychotherapist having worked primarily with assault and trauma survivors. I know all too well the devastation that violence leaves in its wake. And I boast my own close encounters of the wrong kind, and a couple of harrowing tales. At five feet tall on a good hair day, I can attest: It's not the size of the woman in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the woman!

Here is a link to my site: Have a look around and take a look at some of my published articles, a mix of practical and inspirational. (Note: My magazine feature "BEAUTY AND THE BEAST WITHIN" and my FIERCE LOVE essay also speak to some of where my fire comes from, and how women have always been warriors and deadly dames.

Thanks for your time. I aim to please, and am hell bent on passing the torch.
